RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Due to the nature of health, wellness, and personal care products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival[please provide images]

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided (order number or receipt)

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with broken seals

  • Perishable or consumable items

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)


2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, we require:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on product availability.


3. INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or issue a refund once the issue is confirmed.


4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used health and personal care products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products (if applicable)


5. REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error


6. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments


7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable
